Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please view shipping rates at checkout.

How can I track my order?
Depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, orders can be tracked through Canada Post or DHL.


Do you restock items?
If a particular item is heavily requested, we may consider restocking the item. Please contact us if there is an item you would like to be restocked.

What payment methods do you accept?

How long does it take to process my order?
We work very hard to process orders as soon as we receive an order.

Can I order by phone?
Unfortunately, we do not process any orders by phone. All orders must be placed directly on our online website.

What shipping method is used?
We ship our packages via Canada Post and DHL Express for US & International orders

Can I make changes to my order after it has been successfully placed?
Since we do our best to ship packages as promptly as possible, we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been successfully placed and processed.

Can I make an exchange?
LIZA AND GRACE  does not process exchanges, however, we are more than happy to process a return for you. Should you wish to select a different item, please place a new order online and we will ship your package to you as promptly as possible.

Can I get my shipping fees back?
We regret to inform you that any original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was made on our part.

Do I have to pay for return postage?
Unfortunately we're unable to cover return postage costs unless your item is faulty.
